Welcome to Trellis 3. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Trellis 3 website, AI 3D model generation tools, account features, credit system, downloads, and related services.
By accessing or using Trellis 3, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Trellis 3 provides browser-based AI tools for generating and previewing 3D models from text prompts, uploaded images, reference materials, and generation settings. The service may include account management, credit purchases, subscriptions, generated asset storage, downloads, and related educational content.
AI-generated output may vary in quality, accuracy, geometry, texture detail, scale, topology, and suitability for a specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing and validating generated assets before using them.
You may need an account to access certain features, claim credits, purchase credits, save generation history, or download generated assets.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Trellis 3 may use credits, paid plans, subscriptions, or one-time purchases to access generation features.
You retain your rights to prompts, uploaded materials, and other content you submit, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You grant Trellis 3 a limited license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and display your inputs and generated outputs as needed to operate the service, provide support, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any third-party rights in the materials you submit, you may use generated 3D content for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for confirming that your prompts, uploads, references, and uses of generated content do not violate any law or third-party rights.
Trellis 3 does not guarantee that generated content is unique, non-infringing, fit for manufacturing, game-ready, print-ready, or suitable for any specific commercial use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, block requests, or limit access if we believe these Terms are violated or the service is being abused.
Trellis 3 may rely on third-party providers for AI generation, hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, email, payments, and other infrastructure. Your use of Trellis 3 may involve third-party processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, outages, policies, or content that are not controlled by Trellis 3.
We work to keep Trellis 3 reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, high demand, provider outages, security events, or technical issues.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit any feature, model, plan, credit offer, output format, or workflow at any time.
Trellis 3 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and quality of generated output.
AI-generated 3D assets may contain errors or unexpected artifacts. You are responsible for testing, editing, licensing review, safety review, and production validation before using any output.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trellis 3 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost credits caused by misuse, business interruption, or claims arising from generated content.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Trellis 3 for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if you have not paid us.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trellis 3 from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your prompts or uploads, your generated content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using Trellis 3 at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, fail to pay required fees, or use the platform in a harmful or abusive way.
After termination, some account, billing, security, and legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Continued use of Trellis 3 after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
